Paul Stone is very happy to be a native of San Francisco. It is a city that he loves and which has enchanted him from the start. Paul Stone has always loved San Francisco and understands the draw for those who live outside of it. It has world class facilities, attractions, and views and there is fun to be had in just about every corner of the city. He is proud of his connection not only to the city of San Francisco, but to some of its most iconic hotels and well respected charitable organizations.

Paul Stone
has worked for much of his career as a sales specialist in San Francisco's hotel and hospitality industry. However, he is also proud of his involvement in sales with a number of well-known and respected non-profits in San Francisco. This includes working with Club One Fitness, a project of the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco. He has also held role of Assistant Manager of Development and Subscriptions with the San Francisco Ballet.

From 1991 until 1997, Paul Stone was working in San Francisco, where he was employed as the Senior Sales and Convention Services Manager with the Hilton Worldwide. He would next work with Meristar Hotels & Resorts in San Jose, from 1997 until 2000. He held the position of Regional Sales Manager, putting him in charge for sales in three properties. For about a year after he left that job, Paul Stone was in Burlingame, California, working as an Associate Director of Sales and Marketing at Crowne Plaza Hotel. Then, from 2001 until 2002, Paul Stone returned to San Francisco so that he could become Director of Sales and Marketing with Orchard Hotel.

From 2003 until 2007, and again in 2008-2009, Paul Stone was in San Francisco working in Sales and Membership Pre-Opening for Club One Fitness, which was part of the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco. From 2010 until 2013, Paul Stone served with the San Francisco Ballet as the Assistant Manager of Development and Subscriptions. The main thing all of these positions had in common was that he worked hard and was keenly aware of how to not only meet sales quotas, but surpass them, whether he was working in the hospitality industry, or non-profit sales.
